The nominations for Golden Globes and Screen Actors Guild awards are out. They blow chunks.

Modern Family was nominated for best comedy series and a couple of its actors got nods (for both) but absolutely nothing for SOA, Katey - last year's GG winner, for crying out loud! - or Ed.

I have a suspicion that the reason for no nods for Katey or Ed is political...
because of their Cable Fame. They may never be forgiven for their incorrectness.

I understand... but Al was ignored while he was an audience-grabber on MWC which was a FOX
goldmine..
I guess he was forgiven for that... as long as he shared the wealth with the mainstream media.

Well, at least Modern Family won the Golden Globe last night. It was a crap awards show though.
