When I clikc the opner/closer theme link it brings me to some page where downloading the theme isn;t even an option.

Hmm, well, it could be worse. And as much as I hate to admit it, it does "fit." You can tell they made this music to go with the intro (I am assuming its still the same one?).

Has anyone seen this yet? Is the video quality any better than the first 2 seasons?

I haven't seen it, but the quality should be better than on season1 & 2. It should be the same as "broadbast-quality" but not DVD-Quality.

The opener/closer isn't as bad as it could have been, but still...

It kind of sounds like christmas music.
