All of a sudden her appears on the seventh season. Then we don't see him again. But they never tell what happened to Seven. Did they plan on only having him appear in season Seven therefore naming him Seven?

Writers ''killed'' him of fast. The character didn't get much positive feedback from viewers. I think that was the case.
I can't blame them though, the other characters were so much stronger compered to Seven IMHO.

I still think that he is the son of the property master (but he never confirmed that to me).

I think Seven was one of the stupist things the writers could came up. I don't like the episodes with seven.
The gag with the milk bottle was hilarious.
And I love the way Moye described Sevens last scene: "he went up the stairs and was never seen again".
