No I can't, but I remember a discussion about that picture frames some years (okay.. many years) ago.
Since the quality of video material is so bad (no high-res) it's not so easy to find out what exactly is on the frames.

there is software that will increase resolution. here's one http://www.thedeemon.com/VideoEnhancer/ sony should have run it thru a program like that before putting it on dvd.

That frame is absolutely unclear and it's very difficult to say who's on this picture. Can you tell me in which episode you have seen that frame??

that frame is in every episodes season 1 to season 7 or 8 but the characters are never close enough to see who's on those pictures.

I'd like to know whose pictures they are, too. Especially the ones on the landing.

It'd be good to see them, because I remember jokes about not having any pictures of the kids.
