"This basement is condemned!"  Health Inspector
"On what possible basis?"  Al
"Well, for one thing, I'm standing in raw sewage."  Health Inspector
"Ma'am, you're control problems are not my concern!"  Al
 
I like this episode. Another one of my favorite last season episodes see's Al wanting Bud to 
pay some rent. When he refuses to do it, Al calls in the Health Inspector to show him there 
is nothing wrong with the basement.
 
She holds Al in there until he agrees to make the repairs. And, after so much torture, he 
finally decides to make them.
