0103  -  SIXTEEN YEARS AND WHAT DO YOU GET?

 
Ah, I don't think so. Probably the slowest episode in season one sees Al and Peg promising NOT 
to get each other gifts for their sixteenth anniversary. But, of course Al has something bought, 
and his credit card is over the limit, and Peggy buys him something nice. Well, it really makes 
Peg mad that she got Al something and he didn't get her anything.
 
I would put some quotes on here, but I don't want to beat around the bush and get in trouble. 
But, I respect your opinions when you say you like it. Surely one person on a review has to 
hate the episode. And I guess that person is me.
 
I'm not saying it's a terrible episode, at least not the worst (have you seen God's Shoes yet), 
but I still, really, I see no comedy in this -- and frankly, as I review this episode, I also 
don't see the point.
