another lost episode

Hello all,
I badly need to identify an episode I barely remember. It was my favorite one, but I never saw how it started. I only remember the final scene when Bud was in his classroom with his schoolmates and Al enters the room telling him embarrassing things like "get tampax for you mom" and a lot of other things. Al leaves the classroom. Then Bud thinks this can't be real, he must be dreaming and decided to take his pants off in front of his classmates. And then Al comes back to say something else but sees how Bud is showing off his underwear and leaves again. That was the funniest scene I have ever seen (by far), someone must have noticed it?
I need to spisode name or the season number and the episode number.
I've been looking for this episode for more than an year.
