Who could have given this a 3?
Definitely the best episode of this solid season. Steve is back for Christ's sake! Probably one of the funniest episodes of the show in general as well.

Did anybody notice that the name of the car wash is "Traugott's" and Jefferson's nemesis in his CIA days was "Walter Traugott" (ep 820 The D'Arcy Files)?

I am watching this episode RIGHT NOW and I timed the cheers/applause for David/Steve's entrance. 20 seconds really is pretty damn impressive.
But oh god - his bald spot is a bit of a shock when you don't expect it!
