I've seen in it here in Calgary, but I didn't get it. I'll try it someday.

Re: Have you ever tried TANG?
So basically can I take bratwurst from my local Foodies and put some curry sauce on it? Is that all there is to it?
Re: Have you ever tried TANG?
you woukld think so doc. i've tried but it's just not the same. for the curry try 2 tablesppons of curry powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 4 oz ketchup. the only german restraunt in phoenix refuses to make it because they considered street food.Dr. Shoe wrote:So basically can I take bratwurst from my local Foodies and put some curry sauce on it? Whoo Hoo! I found some at a German place near me. They only serve it for lunch. I'm gonna get some today. I'll let you know how it tastes. http://rheinlandrestaurant.com/lunch-menu.html

Ich bin ein Berliner! It was very good. Had some kind of fried potatoes with it and some homemade German potato salad. Also some apple caramel strusel a la mode and washed it down with some hot gluhwein!

Sorry, but I've to say that this is from AustriaMarcy Rhoades wrote: Apfelstrudel

Btw: I tried the Currywurst this summer when I was in Bavaria, but I wasn't so surprised about it. Maybe because I know the Sausage itself - it's a common "Bratwurst".

What I had looked like this photo but I think it was some kind of sauce. I suppose it was ketchup and curry stirred together. High quality ketchup no doubt.
