I ran into Hondo when I was in New York in February last year:

This is a good episode. Can't help but agree with Al about today's electronic society. I wonder how he feels about today when it's ten times worse :(

4 stars from me.

Watched this earlier today, as a warm-up to tonights viewing of Hondo, which is when according to this episode Hondo is aired again.

I prefer it over All in the Family, the other episode where Al's quest to watch Hondo is the main story of the episode.

Can't wait, only one hour left right now. FOR HONDO!!!!

I prefer it over 222 too.

I would love to have seen this episode in its original 3D airing.

Love that line :) God I hate those people, who have to pay for their stuff with every last penny or dime they have.

Me too. I used to work in a cafe and old women would pay with their bundles of small change every time. Annoyed the hell out of me, not to mention the other people in line!!

Always liked the wild west part. The good ol' times before computers and wives.

wild wild west part is awsome, Al's walk is hilarious, Peggy dropping needles and starting to undress to "thank" Bundo :)

I'm not sure if this is common knowledge or not, but I didn't see it posted anywhere in this episode thread. I Just watching this episode and found out it originally aired as a 3-D episode. What's cool is Peggy actually wears a pair of the 3-D glasses for a made-up Full House episode. The glasses have the FOX logo blocked out but you can make out the blue and yellow 7-Eleven logo on the side of the specks.

The glasses originally looked like this and could be purchased at 7-Eleven as a promo for the show.

I remember watching this when it first aired. I was really disappointed by the 3-D. The only thing that looked really good was the final credits. The glasses were a real pain to wear over my real glasses. The story is very funny though. A 4 star episode for sure!

BTW, Is there a way to see it in 3-D now?
I dropped you like third period French!
