Would you buy the Dodge?
I would! How much would you pay if you could get a running 1972 Plymouth Duster? If I could get one that basically sucked but still ran, I'd drop $700 or $800 bucks for sure.

Re: Would you buy the Dodge?
I'd buy the Dodge if I only had the chance. I LOVE American muscle cars. My fav from eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Cars-Tru ... 0238271037&
I'd buy anything that's a Charger, 'Cuda, Duster or Challenger (white 1970 R/T
)
The ONLY car I would drive in my life is a 1960's-1970's muscle car. I hate Subarus, Suzuki's, Mitsubishi's, any Japanese crap (I support Al on this one) and the European cars. They are UGLY!
Actually, when a car is as beat up as Al's, I like it even more. I can't explain it. Trashed, old muscle cars have this unexplainable beauty to them. I would have more joy in buying a trashed, but drive-able Charger for 500$ than owning a restored, flashy one for 100,000 (but both look beautiful...).
American engineering rules.

Maybe, but the gas would cost a fortune for us here in Sweden since it's so expensive here.

Re: Would you buy the Dodge?
The new Challengers suck.
The only good one is the 1970 R/T, the model that Kowalski drove in "Vanishing Point".

I'm really not sure what to make of that movie. I did like the car though.
