Season 5 US release - who has it

As topic says does anyone have the US release of this yet, and if so is anyone able to confirm if it has syndicated eps, all uncut eps?

No, still waiting for S6 or 7 in this year (RC 2 - Release) and hoping that the older seasons will be getting cheaeper.

I have the Code 1 and as all others before, Season 5 is uncut too.
And if you want to say otherwise, well do so.. but I have old tapes from fx (not fox).... and just to be sure I checked 2-3 shows of each seasons and the dvd versions are longer. The syndicated ones are missing stuff that is on the DVD's. Who started that myth anyways?

I talked to a guy from cosmos and they are thinking of going down a few €'s... like to 23,99 or so.. I asked an old friend from Media markt and he said they are planning something later this year (Seasons 1-3) for 19.99€
