Looking for a specific episode

Post by Steindoros » Tue Sep 27, 2005 11:49 am

Hi, does anybody now in what episode of MWC Al is looking for a song and he can only remember one word from the song: "Him".

Several times in that episode he hums the melody like this: Hmm Hmm Him.

Anybody know what I am talking about?

I know the episode you are referring to, I just don;t remember what season it was.

That was a very funny episode.

i asked my mum if she knew it but nope :(

i just found this "That song is actually a Beatles tune! I have no idea if The Beatles were the first ones to do it, but the song is called "Anna (Go With Him)" and it's on the Please Please Me album."

Thanks for the info.
Maybe that's the reason I never found it.
I always thought "Anna" is the singer. But Anna seems to be a part of the title.

just to add more to the mystery it was performed by someone else before the beatles in the 50's i think [i think this was the one AL was looking for."Arthur Alexander wrote it and recorded it before The Beatles"

I'll check my fathers cd and casette cabinet. He has a lot of old stuff and maybe I'll even find Arthur Alexander - Anna :)

this has nothing to with that episode but i'm looking for an episode, the channel i'm watching mwc on puts old episodes and keeps repeating the same season alot. anyway i'm pretty sure the episode is in the first 4 seasons. its the one where peggy thinks she sees elvis and al sweats him out, the spisode before it was the one about the library book that al forgets to return and then tries to sneak it in, and gets caught, i wanna find out which season they are showing.

It's the beginning of season 3, not 4

The episode you're looking for is 3x03 and it's called "I'm going to sweatland"
