Ted McGinley in opening credits

In the opening credits for a single season, Ted McGinley is shown sitting in a chair shuffling a deck of cards as he glares at the camera. Every other actor's opening credit was drawn from a moment in an episode that I've seen before. This one, I have no idea which episode it came from. Or maybe it was taken from an otherwise unused outtake.

Anybody know?

Almost everyone's credit in season 8 (the one with Ted shuffling cards) is not from an episode. Most of the credits are. I think season 9 and 10 have the most shots compiled from other episodes.

Here I have compiled all of the credits in order of actor into one big L&M song:
