I love this episode! 5 stars from me.
Bradshaw mentions passing the ball that ended in the "Immaculate Reception." Here is video of the play:

4.5 stars from me. Great episode, but I feel soooo bad for Al by the end of the episode. Of course, Kelly/Peg can tell Al what Bradshaw said to him, but what about the scoreboard? I guess I'll have to pretend that they built another one for him. It would be the logical thing to do, unless they were afraid of it getting blown up again.

"Now Marcy and her Hideo Nomo-loving cronies down at the bank– – They wanna give him what's rightfully mine. l can takes no more."
Hideo Nomo (b. 1968) was the first Japanese-born player to make it in American major league baseball, he retired from the Kansas City Royals in 2008.

Its funny to see all the jokes about Kyoto Bank in the series and a few others about Japan. People in the 80's and 90's used to be freaked out that the Japanese were taking over the country. Nobody talks like that anymore...well they do its just now its in ref. to the Chinese.

Thanks for the info, Dr. Shoe!
The most important reference in this episode must be the Steelers reference. Ed was very nearly a Steeler himself.

"Why are you doing this to me, Marcy?"
"Because God's on vacation and he asked me to fill in."
I am watching this episode now.
