EASILY the best episode of the season (up 'til this episode), one of the best episodes of the entire 5 seasons IMO. A 5, I'd give it a 15 if possible. The last fight with Bubba is legendary

Bubba Smith's character "Spare Tire," plays for the Andrew Johnson High Impeachers. This is kind of a joke. Andrew Johnson is one of only two U.S. Presidents to be "impeached." The other being Bill Clinton in 1998. Impeached means being convicted of "high crimes and misdeneanors" by a trial held by the U.S. Senate presided over by the Cheif justice of the Supreme Court. You'll notice a banner in Johnson High that says "Andrew Johnson 'impeach' Lincoln High!" So you see this theme of high schools on the show being named after U.S. presidents.

I am SHOCKED and appalled! I thought for sure this episode would have a 100% of 5's, or at least 90%. Only three 5's! This is one of few episodes that can rival with You Better Shop Around parts 1 & 2 over the best episode of the series IMO.

I had to go back and watch this episode after I read about his passing.
This is one of my all time favorite episodes.

They actually had a tribute for him on a 2hour radio program here in Adelaide the day after he died. I listened to it in the car. Only once did they refer to him as "Bubba Smith" and not "Hightower from Police Academy". And then I nearly had to bash my head repeatedly against my steering wheel when they said, "Oh, apparently he played football too and was quite good at it."
