What did you think of the episode? More importantly perhaps, what did you think of the actors playing Bud and Kelly? Do you understand why they were replaced or do you think they could have been just as good as David and Christina ended up being?

I can see why the kids were replaced. I'm trying very hard to imagine how the show would be with Carson and Caspary.
I'm glad Luke's role was scaled back and taken out of the opening credits.
Random trivia: Christina and Tina used to dance together (were in the same class) around the time of the Pilot.

Yeah, she (Christina) mentioned it in some interview (Revealed?) that she knew her, and I can't remember the full quote but they weren't really friends, from what I gather.Shoe Dick wrote:Really? I guess they didn't do much acting after that. What a hard thing to deal with, getting kicked off just before the show took off. That'd be like being the fifth Beatle.
