Looking for an episode - "potatoes all around!"

Al takes the family to a restaurant and while they're sitting down:
Waiter: "Would you like potatoes with your meal?"
Al: "Well, how much are potatoes?"
Waiter: "Potatoes are included with the price of the meal."
Al: "POTATOES ALL AROUND!"

I may have the setup wrong but I certainly remember the punchline. My favorite MWC quote.
