I've no idea what unformated and formated meens. But I think it just says that it's the original "unformated" tape. Not cuted and such things.

Great, now the thread is a 'where can I find the unaired pilot ?' and nobody will care about the original question which, even if it seems less interesting, is my question. And I have to admit that I have a certain interest for it :wink ...

There's something I wonder about the taping date of the unaired Pilot. The script says Tape: 12-12-86 . I have no problem about that, but I found this picture:
