Married...With Children Museum
It has been suggested by Brother 00Shoe that I start a thread about my MWC Museum project in Branson, MO.
What would all like to see there? What things from the show? Rides? Wax people? Throw some things out there, we want to give the people what they want.

How about a replica of the Bundy living room, with a couch that people can sit on and have their picture taken.
I dropped you like third period French!

Oh yes, reproductions of the sets are a must. I'm wondering if I should attach Bundyland themepark.

Re: Married...With Children Museum
Trying to think of it how it would look one section at a time
How about a Reverend Al/No Ma'am tribute room which could double up as a pub where the walls have quotes from No Maam'ers including the commandments from honorary member Ironhead Haynes?
Alternatively a No Ma'am tribute room that looks like the jiggly room.
A couple of ideas for the tickets to the museum.
1. They could be in the shape of the broken guitar from "The legend of Ironhead Haynes", with the commandments on the back.
2. Could be a fake receipt for "Gary's Shoes And Accessories For Today's Woman" - and on the back it would be a receipt for Gary's aerobics studio
3. Could be a fake receipt for the Jiggly Room - and on the back it could have the rules (these rules: download/file.php?id=2144&t=1)
Oh and you could have the BBR t-shirts at the souvenir stand! I know one member on this board who would be quite happy

Would love to see that. Whether or not you do Bundyland, you MUST sell Bundyland T-shirts in the gift shop!Dr. Shoe wrote:Oh yes, reproductions of the sets are a must. I'm wondering if I should attach Bundyland themepark.
This alone would be reason enough for me to make the trip!

Yes, I remember BBR now, I've wanted one of those shirts for years.
Oh yeah our T-Shirt stand is gonna rock.
What should we serve at the museum eatery?

Weenie tots of course. And a foil wrapped surprise meal in the freezer.

So many possibilities! What a great project! Living room has to have a TV Guide & bon bons on the coffee table. Peg's wigs for each season! I know the early seasons were not wigs, but a replica of the hair. Verminator costume. Iconic Bundy clothes throughout the seasons for each character including Marcy & Steve/Jefferson. A news section where you can see headlines/social commentary on the show at the time including the whole Terry Rakolta controversy and how it affected the show. Would also be cool to have interviews with creators/cast playing somewhere. Just throwing some stuff out there!

Re: Married...With Children Museum
The Star Trek thing at Universal Studios had a deal where you sort of play-acted a role on a set and you could buy the video afterward.
