I get annoyed when people claim to be watching TV when I can see them looking down, looking away, reading a book, playing with their nails, etc. My mother does this a lot. Then wonders why she missed stuff, the next time she actually watches it.

Okay, so post before you view.

Yeah, annoys the hell out of me too.

Tuesday? Then you'll view the movie before us! It's still Monday here, same in America.

...and Marriedaniac could watch it when she sobers up on the 23rd. Its not exactly like Hondo thing where it had to be that day, but it is cool that we all watch it on relatively the same day.

Awesome! I'm going to watch it at 9 P.M., which is in about 7 hours. Looking forward to hearing everyone's thoughts!

I'll also be watching the episode in question that made this forum viewing possible; "Dial 'B' for Virgin"

Just finished watching Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. I really liked it, Paul Newman and Robert Redford worked absolutely great alongside each other, their chemistry were off the charts! I love how it was more like a western comedy than a straight up western. I was laughing as much as I was drawn into the gunfights and action. The scenes where they were chased for two straight days was my favorite part in the movie, the tension was pretty high at times, but they still made us laugh to relief some of it.

It was very original in how they incorporated the music and slideshows in the movie, it was kind of random, but I liked it. I felt the ending was pretty abrupt. I'm not talking about the very last scene, which I was fully aware of after so many references to it, more like the last 5-10 minutes. It didn't quite feel like it should have been over so fast. Somewhat anticlimactic, I guess.

Not one of the best westerns I've ever seen, but it's definitely very good. I enjoyed Hondo more, but that's not taking anything away from Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

Here is a snap I took, much like the Hondo one:

Didn't you say you'd never seen a western before, prior to Hondo, which you liked?
