Yes, we do have - and the forum is well know.
And we also have some limited power - see last petition -> non syndicated German DVD.

But even if 1.000 people sign a petition noone would care.

Before I would start a petition for a new show I would rather start a new petition for some extra features on the next dvd.

I think that doing a show ourselves (as in by MWC fans, for MWC fans; we'd have to find an Al, a Peggy and the kids among fans

) would work better than getting the original cast to do a new show. If we would start collecting money, it would require to collect up to 600.000$ (IMO - I don't know how much one episode of MWC cost). Actors from MWC are highly paid I guess (from what I read, Ed O'Neill himself got 50.000$ per episode), and then come the payments for getting a studio, employing cameramen, sound technicians, make-up, producers, technical supervisors, even a dog trainer (If Lucky is still alive - Steven Ritt)...

And then comes another issue. Sure, hardcore MWC fans would like the episode, but what about other people? The show needs to appeal to a greater audience than just fans.

I think the only good way to revive MWC would be from DVD sales, or if all the fans + half of America wrote letters to FOX about the show. Then they would think "Hey, if there's still demand, then maybe we have a shot at it?"

But all that is just talk, and we have to face the facts, 99% there won't be another MWC episode except for maybe a 15th or 20th anniversary reunion.

But still, seeing that one last show, where Al breaks the Bundy curse and wins the lottery (20.000.000$) and the family moves to Hawaii to live happily ever after, would be very nice. I think that MWC deserves a final episode, to sum up the whole run of the show.
