The Split in "Shoeless Al"

Post by tebox » Tue Dec 27, 2005 4:02 am

You remember the episode "Shoeless Al" where Al claimed to be traumatised by shoes? In this very episode Al clears a pretty difficult Split in an important Bowling match. The question is: What kind of split was it? Was it a 7/10-Split or was it a spilt with three pins left?

Damn! I was right. I should have accepted the 10-Euro-bet that was offerd to me.

Last time I went bowling, I had a (I think) 2,4,10 Split (the most left pins in the 4th and 3rd row and the most right pin in last row)

I hit the left two pins perfectly, the right of both bouned to the right, but narrowly missed the 10 :-( :-( :-(

My friends couldn't believe their eyes that I made such a shot, despite missing the last pin :)
