I dont get his rant at Christina at all, it doesnt mean anything and still lower her down imo. You are a low level writer for a reason its not your business OR decision to chose anything, your job is to write funny jokes, the EP on the other hand have a full perspective on the whole thing, he have to make everything work and yes make the stars feel like stars so they can shine and do the best they can... while you as a low level writer in the end of the day care as much as if you will have a glipse of a boob or ass of the hot new chick. What a dickens trying to take a cheap shot at Christina, it was completely unnecessary

I could picture Christina being a bit insecure when the show first started as she was very young. But by season 11 I'm sure she had to know she was one of the focal points of the show.
