Peggy and The Pirates

Post by al1977 » Tue Jul 05, 2011 8:15 pm

Made me laugh 5 mins after my fiancee has just found out her Uncle died

We were watching the episode on TV, and we got the phone call saying he had passed on

5 mins later she was in a stunned silence and did not appreciate my laugh when Peggy said "He could talk for hours about his passions" and Jefferson said "I'm a natural blonde!"

It cracked me up and an argument ensued

Anyone got any tales like this??

I'm sorry, but that's hilarious! :) I'm afraid I don't have a similar story like that, but I too have a way to shake things off rather easily. When I get some bad news I usually joke about it the very next second. I'm an easy-going fella.

Joking/laughing is a great way to cope. I do it a lot.

Laughter really is the best medicine. :)
