Quite a bit better than the first part, largely thanks to Al and the guys being on the rood and cracking me up. I give this one a 3.5, whereas the first one I gave a 3.

I'm glad no one has rated this a 5. I don't like bitchy Kelly and the story was nothing to write home about.
Though it did give us this:
"She can't even grasp the concept of up and down."
"Down yours, Bud."

I gave it a 3. I have to admit I didn't really like the Bud/Kelly story... But Al and the others on the roof was really funny!

I like it, and i gave it 4 stars. Yes, the plot is silly and everyone falling from the roof is an old, good gag (from season 2's "Do it youself") stretched in every way....but if you had a bad day this is a good episode to watch.
But i agree, the Bud / Kelly plot does not really fit in this.
