Celebrities rarely do as far as I know. He can still interact with you if you comment one of his tweets, he can respond to you then.

He interacts with people sometimes, depending what they say. He makes references to MWC too, he gave someone a woah bundy the other week lol and he was taking about real life Pyscho dads the other day too.
